■ How to Register
ONLY On-line registration will be made at the conference website, If On-line registration is not available, please contact the conference secretariat. (ccp2009.service@elitepco.com.tw).
This registration will be accepted ONLY upon received of payment. Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after a completion of your on-line registration. The confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail within 3 weeks upon clearance of payment.
On-line registration will be available before 24:00 (GMT+8), Dec.08, 2009; Registration after the deadline will be processed on-site with CASH (NTD) upon arrival.

■ Confirmation of Registration
You will receive confirmation of registration via Email after the online registration is completed. If you fail to receive emailed registration confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact the secretariat.
■ Letter of Invitation
Participants may request invitation letter from CCP 2009 Secretariat. The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from the CCP 2009 organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.
■ Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat. For cancellations postmarked on or before 24:00 (GMT+8), November 15, 2009, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations on or after 24:00 (GMT+8) November 16, 2009, no fees will be refunded. Refunds will be issued after the meeting.
